Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
